For three years, we have navigated the complexities of the global energy landscape, successfully connecting buyers and sellers across continents. Our unwavering focus on Cost, Insurance, and Freight (CIF) transactions has enabled us to deliver seamless international trade solutions.
During the challenging times of the pandemic, when fuel prices in the Philippines soared to unprecedented levels, we felt a profound responsibility to our fellow Filipinos. To alleviate the burden of rising costs, we ventured into the domestic market, bringing much-needed relief to communities across the nation. This commitment led us to establish a presence in Makati City, Metro Manila, while maintaining our roots in Davao City as a vital satellite office.
Reflecting our expanding global reach and evolving identity, we rebranded as International Petroleum Products Trading OPC (IPPTOPC) earlier this year, solidifying our position as a major player in the international arena.

MESSAGE OF THE CEO
To continuously be honest, transparent, and fair in executing responsibilities and judgment. Impart knowledge gained from past experiences, and inspire my team to be more innovative and open in performing this endeavor I have chosen. To execute tasks the way our God has taught us and to work as one family. It seems that we have just started yesterday, since we have initiated the International Petrochemical Products Trading. From Davao City where we have sprouted, we continue to strive and pursue our dream to become big. With confidence, perseverance, cooperation as family, and a handful of prayer in our pockets, we moved to Metro Manila to expand. We know that to be in the business hub of the country, it shall give us a better chance of attaining our goals.
We pushed through despite of the ongoing struggle between the U.S. and China, coupled with Russia Ukraine conflict. The international community continues to be increasingly multi-polarized and fragmented, aware that the global economy shows signs of fragility, and the world is likely to face various uncertainties in the years ahead.
The COVID-19 pandemic has drastically affected us. It prompted changes in the behavior and values of the people. At the same time, the deployment of digital technologies is spurring innovation in communication and business models. Progress in digitalization has solidified into an irreversible trend. In the years ahead, we can expect the business climate to be subjected to constant unpredictability at an accelerated pace, supported technically, with us having to be adaptive. Otherwise, the gap shall be unbearable that we can no longer cope up with the circumstances and be left behind.
Since IPPTOPC was established, the company knew no barriers and consider every challenge as part of the game. Winning always lies on the strategies, hard work and good working relations with people in the company. Failures are normal, but never to consider it as a red light. Rather, we must always be optimistic and always look at the other side of the coin…the brighter side. As the saying goes, “Every problem is a gift. Without problems, we would not grow.”
We will come together to work towards creating IPPTOPC shared value by progressively interconnecting business intelligence, derived from our wide-ranging industry expertise and global network, while fostering stronger links among all the companies we encounter along the way.
